Salon Preparation and Cancellation Policies

Some services require preparations for the best results. Please refer to the services listed for specific preparations.

Updo/Formal Styles: Please come in with clean, dry hair. Washed the night before and air dried is best. Oily/Dirty hair will need to be washed, which will incur extra charges and chances the stylist does not have enough time for your updo service.

Color Services: Hair does not need to be freshly washed but it should not be oily or have buildup. Build up of any kind (ie. root touch up sprays/powders, dry shampoos, oils and a lot of hairspray) will effect the results of your hair color coverage and processing.

Spray Tans: Please follow all instructions to insure smooth, even and long lasting results.

  • Exfoliate and shave the night before

  • Come to your appointment clean, no sweat, no deodorant, perfume, lotions or makeup

  • Come in dark, loose clothes

  • Open toe shoes for after your spray tan service

  • Please be prepared with an umbrella or covering of some sort because you can not get your spray tan wet for 6-8 hours.

  • Do not use Dove soap after spray tan. Bar soaps can be harsh on the skin, body wash is best.

  • After your spray tan service, keep your skin hydrated and moisturized to minimize dry spots and to increase longevity of your tan.

**Please be sure to dress appropriately for your appointment. In the case you forget, we have robes for you to change into. We are not responsible for stained or damaged clothing/accessories.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask to please give us 48 hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your expected appointment will be subject to 50% of the service booked. Cancellations made within 12 hours and up unto the appointment time booked OR a "no show" will be subject to 100% of the service booked. It is our goal to provide you with the best service possible to you and all of our clients. With respect to that, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late it will be considered a missed appointment and will be subject to the policy stated above. At that point we will need to reschedule your appointment to another date and/or time. After a “no show” or multiple last minute cancellations, you will have to pay a non refundable deposit in order to reschedule. Thank you for respecting our time and the time of the other clients.
